Essential Requirements

Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return with 02 pages back to back blank
Two colour photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face should be seen.
Covering letter from pax on company letter head with company round stamp on it.
If working then covering letter on plain letter & Original Leave letter from Indian company.
Confirmed Hotel confirmation as per the air tk
Personal & Company bank statement copy for last 06 months of passenger with stamp & signature in all the pages.
If working Salary Slips for last 3 months
Personal & Company I T papers copy for last 03 yrs of passenger
Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt List of Insurance is mentioned below
Return Air ticket

Company registration copy

Valid passport,
One original form,
Two photographs (size 35mmx45mm in white background, not older than 6 months),
Overseas Medical Insurance,
Covering letter,
Copy of the Declaration,
Invitation letter and Business correspondence (Invitation should be fax to the consulate directly & one copy to us),
Return ticket,
Personal Income tax papers for last 3 years
Company Income tax papers for last 3 years
Company Bank Statement of last 6 months.
Salary Slip For last 03 month with original company seal on every pages,
Original Personal updated Bank statement for last three months with bank name and applicant name with bank seal and sign on every pages and page should be A4 size only.

Swiss schengen visa application form duly filled and signed by the pax,
Original declaration form, Original authorization form, Original Covering letter from applicant addressing to Swiss consulate Mumbai with whole travel and relation details with sponsor (If self employed it should be on company letter head
Colour photo as per specification 35mm x 45mm white background 80% face should be seen with dark colour cloth and the photograph should be on good quality paper (Scanned photo will not do, passenger should give clicked photograph only).
Original leave letter from company on company’s letter head (If working)
Invitation letter from sponsor with whole details of relation with pax and travel,
Passport copy of sponsor 1st and last page, Residence permit card copy of sponsor
Invitee Personal updated Bank statement for last 6 months with bank name and applicant name with bank seal and sign on every pages and page should be A4 size only,
Invitee Salary Slip For last 06 month with original company seal on every pages.
Tkt as per invitation letter,
Overseas medical policy as per tkt
Personal updated bank statement for last 6 months with bank name and applicant name with seal and sign
Copy of personal I.T. returns for last three years
Copy of qualification certificate.
