Essential Requirements

Valid passport last 6 months,
One Visa application form,
colour photographs,
Covering letter on business letterhead with stamp of the company and all the details should address to Mumbai Consulate
if working org leave letter on company letter head and covering letter on white sheet with details
Hotel confirmation
Original bank statement for 7 months with Bank Stamp on each and every page
Return ticket travel date must be after 03 working days by the day of submission.
