Essential Requirements

Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return with 02 pages back to back blank
Two colour photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face should be seen.
Covering letter from pax on company letter head with company round stamp on it.
If working then covering letter on plain letter & Original Leave letter from Indian company.
Confirmed Hotel confirmation as per the air tk
Personal & Company bank statement copy for last 06 months of passenger with stamp & signature in all the pages.
If working Salary Slips for last 3 months
Personal & Company I T papers copy for last 03 yrs of passenger
Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt List of Insurance is mentioned below
Return Air ticket
Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt List of Insurance is mentioned below
Company registration copy

Valid passport for 6 months from the date of return,

Salary Slips for last 3 months,
Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt
Return Air ticket.

Please Note:- As per the latest update, please note that with effect from 02nd November 2015, Biometric (fingerprints & digital photo) has become a mandatory requirement for All Schengen Country Visas. Which means that all travelers applying for a Schengen visa will now have to come personally to the respective Embassy/VFS centre for biometric and application submission. This biometric data will be valid for 5 years and the travelers, who have already given their biometric once, will not need to come personally for biometric/submission for next 5 years.
