Visa Requirement

1. Passport with a validity of 6 months from the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States. It shall contain at least two blank pages to affix the visa and should be along with all old passport booklets. It shall have been issued within the previous 10 years. No alteration or handwritten amendment concerning the data page.
2. Visa Application form should be filled online & signed by the applicant as per passport (https://tramites.minrel.gov.cl.) Hand written visa application forms are not accepted.
3. Photo Specification: 2 Recent Colour Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa), 35mm x 45mm. White Background, Matte/ glossy finish, 80% Face coverage, Non-smiling face, without spectacles, no head covering unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background.
4. Ticket itinerary.
5. Authority letter on Rs 100/- Stamp Paper duly Notarized by Notary. The Stamp Paper should also have the photo of pax duly stamped by Notary and signed by Pax.

If a Business person, then following documents are required:

1. Covering Letter on the business letter head, Addressed to The Embassy of Chile, New Delhi mentioning the. Company profile, Nature of Relationship between both the companies, applicant’ name as per passport, passport number, Designation in the company, purpose and duration of visit, expenses clause and to be stamped and signed by the authorized person of the company.
2. Letter from Chamber of Commerce OR in case the Company is not the member of any Chambers then Incorporation certificate of the company/ partnership deed/ proprietorship copy and GST copy of all 3 pages are required.
3. Company’s Income Tax Return of last 2 years.
4. Company’s 6 months Bank statement.
5. Personal Income Tax Return of last 2 years.
6. Personal 6 months Bank statement.

If salaried person (Employee), then following documents are required:

1. Covering Letter on the business letter head, Addressed to The Embassy of Chile, New Delhi mentioning the. Company profile, Nature of Relationship between both the companies, applicant’ name as per passport, passport number, Designation in the company, purpose and duration of visit, expenses clause and to be stamped and signed by the authorized person of the company.
2. Letter from Chamber of Commerce OR in case the Company is not the member of any Chambers then Incorporation certificate of the company/ partnership deed/ proprietorship copy and GST copy of all 3 pages are required.
3. months salary slips with company stamp.
4. Personal Income Tax Return or Form 16 of last 2 years.
5. Last 6 months salary account statement.

Documents required from Invitee Company:

1. Invitation letter on the business letter head, Addressed to The Embassy of Chile, New Delhi mentioning the. Nature of Relationship between both the companies, applicant’ name as per passport, passport number, purpose and duration of visit, expenses clause and to be stamped and signed by the authorized person. Invitation letter should Notarized and Legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Chile.

Visa Requirement

1. Original valid passport at least a 6 month validity from the date of travel (Old passport whenever available).
2. Application Form should be filled online & signed by the applicant as per passport( https://tramites.minrel.gov.cl.) All documents also need to be uploaded while making the visa application online.
3. Recent Coloured Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) should be: -

5. On matte finish paper
6. With White background
7. With 80% face coverage, non-smiling [without sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background
8. Not previously used in a visa
9. Covering Letter Addressed to Embassy Of Chile, New Delhi.
10. Original Work Permit Contract duly signed and stamp by Employer in Chile and notarized.
11. PCC issued by the passport office where the applicant is residing.
12. A4 Size resume along with the copies of experience certificate/educational, degree/diploma in support of educational qualification.
13. AUTHORITY LETTER on Rs 100/- Stamp Paper duly Notarized by Notary. The Stamp Paper should also have the photo of pax duly stamped by Notary and signed by Pax.

Note

1. With effect from 1st April 2019, all Indian passport holders having a valid U.S.A. visa (with validity of 6 months or above) do not require a Chile visa. Period of stay will be decided by the immigration upon arrival.

Medical Requirement

1. Health Certificate / General Physical Fitness Report, issued by a govt. recognized doctor/hospital, stating that the applicant is mentally and physically fit and does not have any contagious disease and is fit to travel to Chile.
