Visa Requirement

1. Passport with a validity of 6 months from the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States. It shall contain at least two blank pages to affix the visa and should be along with all old passport booklets. It shall have been issued within the previous 10 years. No alteration or handwritten amendment concerning the data page.
2. Visa Application form should be filled online & signed by the applicant as per passport (https://portalmre.rree.gob.bo/formvisas)Hand written visa application forms are not accepted. It has to be printed twice and duly signed on both copies by applicant.
3. Steps to fill the Online Form: - 1) Fill the online form. Upload all the required documents except the last visa column and submit 2) Take print out of that form and sign at the signature column 3) Scan the Signed form and Upload the Signed Scanned form on the last Column and Submit 4) Again take print out and sign the visa form.
4. Hand written form mandatory along with application and also need to be uploaded while doing online.
5. Photo Specification: 2 Recent Colour Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa), 35mm x 45mm. White Background, Matte/ glossy finish, 80% Face coverage, , Non-smiling face, without spectacles, no head covering unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background.
6. Ticket Itinerary (Embassy issues visa as per ticket dates only).
7. Original Yellow Fever Certificate is mandatory at the time of travel (issued at least 1 month before the date of travel).

If a Business person, then following documents are required:

1. Covering Letter on the business letter head, Addressed to The Embassy of Bolivia, New Delhi mentioning the. Details of all applicants with name, passport number, purpose and duration of visit, expenses clause and to be stamped and signed by the business person.
2. Incorporation certificate of the company/ partnership deed/ proprietorship copy and GST copy of all 3 pages are required.
3. Company’s Income Tax Return of last 3 years.
4. Company’s 6 months original Bank statement with Bank Seal with Signatures and the name of the Bank Officer issuing the bank statement, with complete contact details of bank including the phone number.
5. Personal Income Tax Return of last 3 years.
6. Company’s 6 months original Bank statement with Bank Seal with Signatures and the name of the Bank Officer issuing the bank statement, with complete contact details of bank including the phone number.

If salaried person (Employee), then following documents are required:

1. Covering Letter on the plain A4 size paper, Addressed to The Embassy of Bolivia, New Delhi mentioning the. Details of all applicants with name, passport number, purpose and duration of visit, expenses clause and to be signed by the applicant.
2. Original leave letter on the letter head of the company stating the designation of the employee days of the leave and the letter has to be signed and stamped by the authorized person of the company.
3. months salary slip.
4. Personal Income Tax Return of last 3 years.
5. Personal 6 months original Bank statement with Bank Seal with Signatures and the name of the Bank Officer issuing the bank statement, with complete contact details of bank including the phone number.
